How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll need to provide shipping and payment details before your order is confirmed.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible. Please contact us at fashionpetstore1@gmail.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
How much is shipping? Where do you ship to?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order total, delivery location, and chosen shipping method. You’ll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. Currently, we ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details. Please note we are not responsible for carrier delays.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
Once your package is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you. Please reach out to the carrier first, and contact us if you need additional support.
How do I start a return?
Email us at fashionpetstore1@gmail.com with your order details. If approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes! The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order after your return is accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save preferences, and checkout faster.
